Herb Garden

We maintain four Herb Gardens, one is which is a Show Garden (located in front of the Rainforest Conservatory) but which, along with the other three, is mainly used to supply the needs of our Oasis Thai Restaurant, as well as for Staff needs.   Our staff ensures a continuous supply of three types of Basil, six varieties of Chillis, Coriander, Rosemary, Fresh Mint and Peppermint, and others.  We also do a variety of vegetables such as Bok Choy, Okra, varieties of Eggplants, Sweet Potatoes and other crops.  Each staff member has a crop bed of their own and one of the highlights is when there is a coordinated harvest and everyone brings something for a BIG feast, cooked up by all in the Owner's private kitchen!
